you are my sunshine…

hi everyone—today, I have my first guest spot over at pixie dust paperie--thanks kirsty!  each month, they have a new kit in the store.  this month's kit is called christmas in paris.   this kit is full of beautiful papers, gems, ribbons, charms and much more!

 here’s one of the scrap pages I’ve gotten done.  normally, I do all my pages digitally, so it’s been great to try scrapbooking in a 3d, hands on way.

the ledger and floral paper is crate paper, and the random rose in the left corner came off the little info strip that you usually cut off the paper.  the sentiment was cut from a larger printed embellishment from the kit.  the scalloped border and the bkgd mat under the picture is from a websters pages paper.  its finished off with 3 different gems from cosmo cricket.
