simple xmas cards…

papertrey has been emphasizing quick and easy holiday cards.  for these cards, i used pines new papers-rustic snowflakes. 

these papers are 8”x8”, so i cut each paper at 4” horizontally, and at 4” vertically.  the result is 4”x4” squares.  those 4” squares are placed at the bottom of a white card-(papertreys-stampers select).   one of the papers in the pack, is loaded with different striped designs.  i cut the stripes to make the ribbon-like trim.

the sentiments are from papertrey’s- signature christmas stamp set, and stamped with pure poppy ink.

the envelope used  stamp sets-vintage labels, stamped in pure poppy, and snowfall additions, stamped in ocean tides.
