moxie’s plum crazy challenge…

you can join cath’s challenge here.  this card and giftbox was a fun process for me.  the purple family is usually hard for me, but i enjoyed this project.

*the papers are from doodlebugs, inc. 

*the cream crushed velvet ribbon, and ruffled plum ribbon both came from archivers. 

*the box is a $1.00 paper mache box, which was screaming for a kraft based card. 

*the ribbon rose i made by simply twisting and turning the ribbon, then gluing the bottom.

*the leaves were embossed for the veining, crinkled up, and inked with chocolate ink.
